Rachel and Steve tied the knot on a sunny July day at the historic Charles River Museum of Industry and Innovation in Waltham, MA. Friends and family came together from near and far to toast the nuptials of this incredible couple and to enjoy a fantastic celebration - from the thoughtful ceremony in Landry Park to the groom’s eye-catching gold Vans and an epic father-daughter dance, it was truly a night to remember!

Rachel and her bridesmaids kicked off the day’s festivities at the Hotel Commonwealth with the help of makeup artist and hair stylist Nicole Wenstrom. After donning her delicate lace BHLDN dress, Rachel made her way to the rustic footbridge arching over the Charles River to meet her groom for an emotional first look.

The ceremony, officiated by the couple’s good friend Noah, was held beneath a beautiful tree, creating a natural chuppah in a nod to the bride’s heritage. The lush garden bouquets arranged by the bride with flowers from Aster B Flowers further complemented the rustic surroundings.
Flanked by their dapper groomsmen and stylish bridesmaids, Rachel and Steve pledged to love one another in a heartfelt ceremony full of laughter and joy. After breaking a glass to commemorate the momentous occasion, the newlyweds joined hands and took their first walk as a married couple, fittingly to Florence and the Machine’s You’ve Got the Love. There’s no doubt about it, love was radiating from this happy couple!
Following the ceremony, guests were invited to explore the museum while enjoying tasty treats and refreshing beverages, including a delicious sparkling Rose, courtesy of Gordon’s Fine Wines and Stoked Pizza.

The reception space was a true reflection of this incredible couple – from the handmade centerpieces featuring a variety of glass bottles and brightly colored wildflowers to the unique origami heart escort cards, no detail was overlooked. In a nod to their beloved dog Kipper, Rachel and Steve incorporated a deeply personal yet whimsical touch – a temporary tattoo favor featuring a tiny paw print!

Perhaps the most highly anticipated portion of the evening (after the ceremony, of course!) was dinner – a delicious family-style spread of wood-fired pizza from the Stoked food truck! Rachel and Steve made sure to enjoy the offerings themselves – the groom even went back for seconds… and thirds! After several thoughtful and humorous toasts from friends and family, Rachel and her father reopened the dance floor for the evening and soon, with a little help from DJ Cookie Policy, everyone was on their feet! Of course, no wedding celebration is complete without dessert – the delectable doughies from Union Square Donuts and cold brew iced coffee courtesy of Longfellows were a huge hit!

Rachel and Steve’s big day was brimming with love, laughter and some truly epic dance moves! We are honored to have been a part of their celebration and hope that they continue to fill each other’s lives with joy and spontaneous dance parties for many years to come!
