A December to Remember Wedding for Molly & Brian

Molly and Brian celebrated their marriage in downtown Boston on a brisk day in December. Although the air was cold, the energy was anything but, as the love between Molly and Brian radiated warmth and electricity. All photos are courtesy of Alex Paul Photography.

​Molly and her bridesmaids got ready at the Lenox Hotel in their matching flannel pajamas and were pampered by the team from Charlotte Phinney. Before changing into their gowns, they snapped a few photos in front of a decorated mantel in the Hotel lobby – embracing the festive atmosphere!

​Three of the youngest family members welcomed guests and handed out programs at Saint Cecilia’s Parish in Boston’s Back Bay neighborhood. When all of the guests were seated, the bridal party piled out of The Bustonian’s luxury bus and assembled for the processional. Carrying bouquets from the lovely Lotus Designs, the bridesmaids looked elegant as they approached the groomsmen at the altar.
 
In a dress designed Allure Bridal, Molly made her way down the aisle to the tunes of Tumpet Voluntary to meet Brian, her future husband. After the full Catholic mass, the two were pronounced husband and wife!

​While guests arrived at the Colonnade Hotel for cocktail hour, the bridal party and family braved the crisp evening air for photographs under the lights on the Commonwealth Avenue Mall. They were certainly worth it!
 
The newly married couple shared their first dance to the tunes of “Can’t Help Falling in Love” by Elvis Presley.

During dinner the guests heard from Molly’s father, the Maid of Honor, and the Best Man for some toasts that ranged from pulling on the heart strings to making everyone laugh until it hurt.  
 
Ripcord, the wedding band, got everyone up and on the dance floor for the entire night, only pausing for a group photo of all of the Boston College alums – a nod to the place where Molly and Brian met.
