Kate and Nate Get Hitched!

Kate and Nate put a lot of thought into every detail of their beautiful October wedding. From the heartfelt sand ceremony to the pizzas cooked on a food truck, every part of the day was thought out and planned for.  It was our pleasure to work with Kate and Nate to make their day a success, so check out the pictures below from the ever-fabulous Leise Jones Photography!

To start the day off, the bride and groom got ready separately and then made their way to Arlington Town Hall for a first look and group family photos.  Leise got everyone in line and took the photos super efficiently, which left time for some amazing bridal portraits inside the town hall before the ceremony began. While they were taking photos, we worked with vendor team to make sure that every detail was in place. Posto Mobile set up their food truck and got the tables ready, Premier Bartenders set up the bars, and Derby Farm put out the beautiful centerpieces and delivered the bouquet.

Kate and Nate put together a truly touching ceremony with the help of JP Liz (aka Justice of the Peace Elizabeth Gemelli).  They walked down the aisle arm in arm towards their guests.  JP Liz read some beautiful readings and the couple shared custom vows.  They participated in a sand ceremony where they combined sand from three beaches that had a lot of meaning for their relationship.  They also selected Kate's brother and Nate's sister to share readings with the audience.  After the ceremony, guests cheered them back down the aisle and then headed inside town hall for the cocktail hour.

Guests enjoyed food and beverages during cocktail hour in the Lyons Room and then walked into the beautifully set up Town Hall.  They picked up their placecards and had the opportunity to leave a note in Kate and Nate's original guestbook; ink pads were set up for guests to leave their prints and a note.  Kate and Nate joined the party for their first dance, and DJ Sara Williams filled the dance floor even before dinner began.  Meanwhile Posto set up the pizza buffet and guests dug in.  Following dinner were several personal toasts, including remarks from the groom's parents, the bride's parents, and the groom's son, plus a thank you from the bride and groom themselves.

The dance floor re-opened and cupcakes from Party Favors were served.  Time flew by and before we knew it, it was time for a very special exit.  Guests grabbed special customized M&M favors on their way out, and then lined up on either side of the exit path from Town Hall.  Kate and Nate exited their party to their guests waving mutli-colored glow sticks to celebrate the occasion.  The bride and groom walked down Mass Ave and into their new life together.  Congratulations, Kate and Nate!
