Robyn and Ben’s wedding day was truly a fairy tale. All the beautiful pictures captured by the talented Jessie Dineen. From the moment we pulled up on-site it was clear it would be a day to remember. Surrounded by beautiful farmland with a woodland ceremony setting, The Barn at Flanagan Farm provided nothing short of an enchanting atmosphere. Friends and family were enjoying each other’s company around the house as everyone was getting ready. Ben was eager to show us around the barn. Going up to the bridal suite where all of the girls were getting ready with hair and make-up provided by Ollo Hair Salon, it was clear how much fun they were having. Robyn was truly a vision, as she was having her hair done. The smile on her face was infectious! Guests began arriving by bus from Custom Coach & Limousine, and as everyone sat we got the bridal party ready to go. Robyn and Ben did not do a first look so EVERYONE was waiting with anticipation for the two of them to see each other for the first time. When this moment happened, backed by music provided by Chris with The Music Man DJ Service, it was pure magic. Officiant and family member, Allison Glotfelty led a lovely ceremony. There wasn’t a dry eye in the place and the joy and love in the air was easy to feel. The newlyweds shared enchanting moments together in the woods as Jessie captured gorgeous portraits of them after the ceremony. While this was happening guests began to enjoy the cocktail hour with delicious foods provided by The Old Salt and yummy drinks served with enthusiasm by Top Shelf Bartenders. When Robyn and Ben were introduced into the reception and went into their first dance, the rest of the evening was really kicked off. Great music, great food, laughing and LOTS of dancing ensued. It was truly a great party that we feel lucky to have been a part of, and what better way to start off a fairy tale romance than with a fairy tale wedding!

Seaside elegance and a true atmosphere of love, light and laughter made up Jess and Alex’s magical wedding. With a little drizzle earlier on in the day the ceremony was moved inside first thing upon our arrival, with the help of the fabulous team at The Cliff House. The striking ambiance of this venue made the ceremony set-up only that much more beautiful. A little rain didn’t change a thing! It was a sight to see when we arrived to Jess’s bridal suite - how radiant and excited she looked as she was being pampered by Amanda McCarthy and having her hair done by Lindsay Griffin . Both sides of the bridal party were having a blast getting ready together and getting excited in anticipation of the festivities to come in just a couple short hours! As we began to set-up, Jess and Alex had their first look with the amazingly talented Michael Brook Photography. The images he was able to capture are so telling of the happy couple’s love for one another. Not to mention the coastal setting of the Cliff House that provided the most stunning back drop. After signing their Ketubah surrounded by all of their closest friends and family, Jess and Alex were ready to walk down the aisle. Heather and her team from Calluna Fine Flowers & Gifts provided the most beautiful floral décor and personal flowers for the bridal party. Seeing Jess walk down the aisle escorted by her parents and carrying her bouquet was a breathtaking moment. Rabbi Shifra Weiss- Penzias led a lovely ceremony backed up by the musical abilities of Corin Ashley and Flipside Band from Murray Hill Talent. The sun broke through just in time for the cocktail hour to be outside on the terrace while the newlyweds enjoyed a few private moments together back inside. Guests laughed with drinks in hand, enjoying the weather. It couldn’t have been more perfect! After this, everyone was invited inside the Atlantic ballroom to really get the party started. The huge windows, amazing chandeliers and stunning florals made this space enchanting. Simply Elegant Cakes provided the most beautiful cake and decorated it with Jess and Alex’s cake topper which featured their beloved Otter and Bear. The group got to dancing right away, kicking things off with a fabulous Hora, right after the couple shared their first dance. Ready Set [Film] was in the background of all of this capturing every moment with true videographer skill. Jess and Alex will have that footage to treasure for the rest of their lives!
As the night went on with amazing food and drink provided by The Cliff House, fabulous music by Flipside and lots more dancing, Jess and Alex relished in all of the love and support surrounding them. This night was without a doubt, one for the memory books! |
