As New England natives, we, at Without A Hitch, are naturally suckers for classic Boston weddings, and Kathyrn and Peter's wedding was one for the books. We are proud to present Newbury Photographs' shots of the wedding for a glimpse into their big day. Kathryn and Peter kept wedding traditions, by getting ready in separate locations, and seeing each other for the first time at the alter. Kathryn kept her look gorgeous and simple, with tousled curls by Christine Riley at Avanti Salon and completed with cathedral veil and crystal headband, makeup by Katrina Hess, and a beautiful floor length lace gown with lace cap sleeves and open back. Peter accented his crisp black suit with a black bow-tie and finished off his look with a white Calla Lily boutineere by Blooms of Hope before heading over to Emmanuel Church for the ceremony. The ceremony was elegant and full of music, including a soprano singer, baritone, oboe, violin, and cello. Kathryn and Peter said their meaningful vows under towering stained glass windows, providing memories (and these breathtaking photos) to last a lifetime. The couple snuck away to the Boston Public Garden to take photos, while family and friends gathered in the Fairmont Copley Plaza for cocktail hour and music by pianist Sylvia Berry. While we love the natural light captured in these photos; their love is really what shines through the shots. The celebration continued over at the Fairmont Copley Plaza with delicious food, music by Emergence String Quartet, a beautiful cake by Cakes to Remember and ballroom dance lessons by Arthur Murray Cambridge. In a night that brought two families together, it was one to remember with beautiful toasts, and so much love. Congratulations Kathryn and Peter! Best wishes for a happy and healthy life together, from Without A Hitch Boston.
