Stunning photography from Joe Gonzalez-Dufresne.
Callie and Dave’s intimate brunch celebration was incredibly special, and we’re so lucky to have been a part of it! Stunning photography from Joe Gonzalez-Dufresne. Callie began her day quite early by getting ready at the Marriott Kendall, getting the glam makeup treatment from Suzy Meek and her hair done by her very own regular stylist Meghan Moran. When all was ready, Callie slipped into her BHLDN dress. Even with a late morning ceremony, Callie and Dave savored every moment of that gorgeous Saturday in October by touring various sites and scenes in Cambridge on their way to Oleana. Callie met Dave for their sweet first look on a rooftop near Kendall Square. From there, they stopped by quirky buildings and parks, enjoying some quiet moments together before saying “I do.” Cozy restaurant, Oleana, was the perfect urban oasis for this relaxed couple. Their ceremony was on the back patio, tucked away amongst trees and ivy. Guitarist Christopher James welcomed guests into the serene outdoor space for the heartfelt ceremony led by Nathan Everett Lane. After the ceremony, Callie and Dave took some time to enjoy their first moments as newlyweds while guests were treated to impressive mezze platters and brunch cocktails. Soon after, Oleana’s indoor/outdoor dining space was ready for brunch. The space was adorned throughout with breathtaking, autumnal florals from Field & Vase and small touches from the bride and groom. The couple gave a toast thanking their guests joining them for this special day and invited them to enjoy a multi-course, family style meal full of vibrant Turkish and Middle Eastern flavors. The scent wafting out of the kitchen was seriously amazing! With four courses complete, it was time for cake! Callie and Dave shared a slice from their Delectable Desires cake, alongside various middleeastern pastries. What an amazing way to spend a Saturday afternoon! Thanks so much for sharing your celebration with us, Callie and Dave!
