We are officially a month into 2015 and that means wedding season is getting closer by the day. This week, we want to share with you our favorite cute and eclectic 2015 wedding trends we're eager to try. Menu: Late Night Snacks No matter what time it is, guests are sure to be hungry after all that dancing! Late night mini dishes are a fun way to keep the party going just a little longer. We love snacks like grilled cheese squares and tomato soup in shot glasses, mini burritos, and oreos with white russian shots, which are perfectly portable and delicious, and are sure to delight everyone at your wedding. Flowers: Lush Greenery Here's another trend we can’t get enough of - lush greenery. You can use greenery virtually ANYWHERE at your wedding - string together mint, ivy, or magnolia leaves as centerpieces for round tables, a fabulous table runner for long tables, or wrapped around white pillar candles. We love the natural warmth it brings to wedding décor for winter weddings. Invitations: Monochromatic Every couple knows the importance of wedding invitations. They are the first impression that your guests get of your wedding. Whether you plan a casual gathering or a formal affair, it’s important that the invitations fit the event. The biggest change we are seeing this year is in color - gone are the neons and brights of 2014. This year, we’ll be seeing more and more monochromatic invitations and save the dates with sophisticated and clean typography, neutral cream colored palettes, and modern metallic accents. Cocktails: Bubbly In 2014, sangria pitchers, local craft beers, and the all-important “signature drink” were some of our favorite drink trends. What does 2015 have in store for us? Champagne! Pinterest and Etsy are full of adorable champagne trends, like champagne towers which are fancy and impressive (and super easy to make!), champagne-themed prints (see the middle pic -we love it!) and mimosa bars, with fruit buffets. Champagne is the perfect drink to celebrate with, and we can't wait to see the fun ways our couples put a spin on this classic drink.
